Located in South East 12th ave in Portland, the East of Eleven Apartments is located at the site of the old Portland Compressor Store. This multi family housing project consists of 80+ units. On the top floor, the building will feature an outdoor terrace adjacent to a resident community room with a full kitchen and outdoor grill. Underground parking and secure bicycle storage will be available for residents. The unique, tiered lobby has a mail room with a computerized package concierge on the upper level. The wood and lap siding that are planned for the exterior add visual texture to the building. The design also includes sidewalk planters which will enliven the street levels for residents and passersby alike.
